Job Description

Community Concepts is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to perform and maintain accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate will work in partnership with the Accounting Controller to prepare deposits, update check registers, post receipts into accounting software, and reconcile accounts, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts receivable operations
  • Prepare and deposit payments
  • Update and maintain check registers
  • Post receipts into accounting software
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
