About the Role:
The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service area, ensuring Bayonet's goals and objectives are met. This includes planning, managing, and motivating a team of HVAC Service Technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in HVAC Service Technicians.
  • Lead and manage a team of five or more technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor technician performance, daily calls, and accuracy to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coach and mentor technicians to enhance their customer service skills and resolve complex residential HVAC system issues.
  • Address customer inquiries and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage inventory to ensure timely availability of parts and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership role for two years or more.
  • Thorough knowledge of residential HVAC systems and industry safety standards.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and diagnostic skills.
  • Relevant HVAC certifications, such as EPA certification.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background and pre-employment drug test.
