Brewery Legitimus is seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items to order, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure that all food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitized, meeting health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for ingredients, including meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including utensils, cooking equipment, and storage areas.
- Previous food service industry experience is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
$22 hourly
