Kitchen Manager

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team to success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of cooks, dishwashers, and other kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front-of-house staff and management, to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
