Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure and be able to maintain and troubleshoot complex network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a fast-paced environment
• Configure and maintain routers and switches
• Support and maintain network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
• Work with ticketing systems to resolve user issues
• Perform hardware and software upgrades

Requirements:

• Active Public Trust or NACI investigation
• Active Security+ CE certification
• Active CCNA certification or ability to obtain within 4 months
• Bachelor's degree in IT field with 3 years of related experience or Associates degree with 8 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current active CCNA certification
• Experience working with SolarWinds
• DHA experience
