Job Summary: We are seeking a Relationship Excellence Coordinator to join our team at BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF OHIO. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, and at least two years of relevant work experience in child development, family dynamics, or a related field. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

Key Responsibilities

The Relationship Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for assessing and strengthening match relationships between volunteers and youth participants. This will involve conducting regular evaluations of match relationships, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance these relationships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing training and support to volunteers, as well as collaborating with other service delivery staff to ensure seamless transitions among functions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, and at least two years of relevant work experience in child development, family dynamics, or a related field. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
