Position Overview: Visual Communication Specialist

The Center for Christian Virtue (CCV) is on the lookout for a skilled Visual Communication Specialist to enhance their creative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting engaging visual content that supports the organization's diverse initiatives. Collaborating closely with Department Leaders and the Communications Team, your work will effectively and innovatively communicate CCV's core messages to target audiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create CCV-branded visual materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Support the production of video and audio content to articulate CCV's mission.
  • Capture and edit images of CCV events and personnel.
  • Coordinate with professional printing services and vendors on behalf of CCV.
  • Produce multimedia content for CCV's digital platforms.
  • Design branding elements and promotional materials for various events and channels.
  • Formulate communication strategies for CCV's outreach.
  • Compose and distribute email communications for CCV.
  • Oversee the maintenance of CCV websites.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in visual design.
  • Background in photography, video, and audio production is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems such as WordPress and Squarespace.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines effectively.
