Job Summary:

You will recruit, interview, select, and hire store associates, recommend associates for promotion and salary adjustments, and ensure customer service is maintained throughout the business day. Additionally, you will maintain an orderly system for planning, coordination, follow-through, and completion of tasks, which result in the achievement of store and Company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet store needs and demands
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Organize and prioritize work to maximize store volume and minimize shrinkage
• Implement and follow all loss prevention procedures to minimize store shrinkage
• 3+ years of previous store management experience in a women's apparel specialty store is required
