About the Role

Retro Fitness of Fort Lee, NJ is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the face of our outlet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive experience, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in members and guests, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct membership tours and sales, promoting our services and products.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Sell in-store merchandise, such as Retro Blends Smoothies and Pro Shop items.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all members and staff.
  • Perform applicable downtime tasks, including facility upkeep and walk-throughs.
  • Open and close the facility as scheduled.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or health club setting.
  • Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and personality.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle cash transactions.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a goal-oriented environment.
