**U Mass Memorial Health: Providing Exceptional Victim Services**

We strive to deliver exceptional patient care, foster academic excellence, and advance pioneering research. Our approach is tailored to address the needs of diverse victim populations, including children, adolescents, and adults affected by domestic violence, after homicide families, sexual abuse/rape, LGBTQI victimization, and post-disaster trauma.

We offer comprehensive services, including individual, couple, family, group therapy, crisis intervention, safety planning, support groups, community outreach events, advocacy, and coordinated care with other community agencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality outpatient diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapeutic treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, couple, and group settings.
  2. Develop and lead educational workshops for community groups and agencies, ensuring culturally sensitive and effective communication.
  3. Lead clinical psychotherapy services, incorporating evidence-based practices such as TF-CBT, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and ARC: The Attachment Self-Regulation Competency Framework.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  5. Maintain accurate and confidential client records and administrative files, adhering to Center policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Clinician III (Grade C12): Master's degree in a clinical field with licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or active pursuit of licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Clinician IV (Grade C16): LICSW in Massachusetts with relevant experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a clinical setting, working with children, adolescents, and families dealing with behavioral, social, and emotional challenges.

Estimated Annual Compensation:** $70,000 - $90,000
