Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Controlled Substances Management: Maintain precise records and responsibly manage controlled substances, upholding the trust of our patients and the community.
  • Staff Training: Train and mentor pharmacy staff to uphold best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative Care: Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care, promoting a seamless and effective healthcare experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess, ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy.
  • Insurance Processing: Efficiently handle insurance claims and reimbursements, minimizing delays and ensuring timely payment.
  • Customer Service: Professionally address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Required: Valid pharmacist license as per state regulations.
  • Required: Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with a proven track record of success and leadership.
