We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Davenport, Iowa. This travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while enjoying the benefits of a stable career.
Job SummaryThis position involves providing high-quality patient care in a step-down unit setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust care plans accordingly
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a step-down unit or similar setting
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
