We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Services Manager to join our team at Marshfield Medical Center - Marshfield. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other personnel within the department
- Oversee the completion of functions of the pharmacist role to ensure adequate coverage for the department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate preferred
- Two years of experience as a pharmacist; Five years of experience as a pharmacist and Two years of pharmacy management experience preferred
- Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCAP) or the Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialists (BCPS) certification through the Board of Pharmacy Services (BPS) within two years of hire; at time of hire preferred
