Escrow Operations Coordinator

As an Escrow Officer at Executive Title Company, Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the closing process, ensuring a smooth and timely transaction for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position that involves preparing all closing documents, communicating with clients and lenders, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of escrow experience and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all closing documents, including loan and contract paperwork
- Communicate effectively with clients and lenders to ensure a smooth closing process
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Manage a high volume of closings (average of 40-45)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 4 years of escrow experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
