Job Summary

BCforward is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Architect to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud-based solutions for our collaboration and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities in product design and provide control recommendations to mitigate those risks.

• Conduct security architecture and design reviews to identify risks and emerging threats associated with the product as well as any dependencies.

• Support the architecture and design of control solutions where existing offerings are not available.

Requirements

• Formal training or certification in security architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.

• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

• Advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge as it relates to Employee Platforms technologies.

• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.

• Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture.

• Excellent command of Cybersecurity organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, threats, and vulnerabilities.

• Ability to produce threat models as it relates to enterprise collaboration products.

• Ability to create and maintain clear, technical documentation relevant to architected solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
