Position Overview
Do you have a knack for building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving innovation in the automotive sector? As a Service Lot Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing our business and positively impacting the lives of our team members and customers daily. We seek enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals who will assist us in redefining the car service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers promptly and courteously, gathering vehicle information when possible.
  • Support the Service Advisor in assisting customers while ensuring organization in the service area.
  • Safely relocate customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop following established protocols.
  • Manage vehicle keys in accordance with departmental security procedures.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and various departments within the dealership.
  • Adhere to dealership-specific procedures for vehicle delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist fellow team members in completing necessary tasks to maintain dealership operations.
  • Be prepared to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Operating a manual transmission vehicle is highly preferred.
  • Must be at least eighteen years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening (background and drug test) is required.
