Trauma Surgeon and Medical Director Opportunity

About the Role:
Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Trauma Surgeon to serve as the Medical Director for our Trauma II facility. As a key member of our surgicalist program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of clinicians in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in trauma and critical care surgery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with our critical care team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Recruit and mentor surgicalists to join our team

Requirements:
- Board certification in trauma and critical care surgery
- Minimum of three years of experience in trauma and critical care surgery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
