Our science-based, full-body workout uses technology to measure performance, and our highly trained and certified coaches lead members through a 60-minute class that targets at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.

Job Description

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales and Service Professionals. As a key member of our studio team, you'll be responsible for greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge, presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, and working at our front desk to answer phones and talk to members.

Additional responsibilities include giving studio tours, working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, selling memberships to help the studio thrive, following up on prospective clients, and handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner.

As a Sales and Service Professional, you'll also participate in marketing and outreach events, and ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and members
