Job Summary:
iMCS Group, Inc is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for administering skilled nursing care to patients of all ages, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, patients/clients, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for and participate in the coordination of care.
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical and psychosocial needs of patients.
- Prepare clinical and progress notes.
- Coordinate services and inform the physician and other personnel of changes in the patient's condition and needs.
- Communicate with all physicians involved in the plan of care and other healthcare practitioners related to the current plan of care.
Requirements:
- Must hold a full and unrestricted license to practice professional nursing in the state of intended employment issued by a state member of the National Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) or must have passed the Commission on Graduates in Foreign Nursing Schools Examination (CGFNS).
Work Environment:
This is a 40-hour per week position with a salary range of $63,250 - $63,500. The job site is located at 9901 East Valley Ranch Parkway, Suite 3020, Irving, TX 75063. Unanticipated work site locations throughout the U.S. may be required.
