We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cruise Coordinator to join our team at Cruizeez. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, recommending cruise packages, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their cruise vacation desires.
  • Research and present various cruise options, destinations, and itineraries that cater to clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with cruise lines, suppliers, and partners to negotiate the best deals and value-added perks for clients.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing detailed information about cruise amenities, activities, and onboard services.
  • Manage the booking process, including reservations, payments, and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the pre- and post-cruise phases to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably with expertise in cruise vacation planning.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude, comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to create memorable travel experiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay organized.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Must reside in the U.S.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
