Job Summary

Cedar Fair is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Post room revenues, perform food and beverage audits, reconcile revenues and cash for daily operations, and balance all cashier activities.
  • Guest Service: Handle guest requests and concerns, provide information and directions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations: Perform front office duties, maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas, and adhere to Cedar Fair's safety guidelines and requirements.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and distribute required daily and summary reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in accounting preferred.
  • Experience: One year of experience in hotel night audit or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Mathematical aptitude, computer literacy, 10-key by touch, and PC spreadsheet applications.
  • Availability: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
