- PhD in Biotechnology, Drug Delivery, or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of laboratory experience.
- Proficiency in analytical methodologies and protein characterization.
- Background in microparticle-based drug delivery with excellent communication capabilities.
- Proven track record in scientific writing, leadership, and analytical problem-solving.
- Creative mindset, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to challenges.
- Experience in rapid prototyping and mechanical assembly is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $90-110k, inclusive of equity options and sign-on bonuses.
