Key Responsibilities:

The Real Estate Investment Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Calculating complex financial structures, including waterfalls, management fees, and carried interest.
  • Verifying the review of partner capital, as well as managing capital calls and distributions.
  • Executing additional tasks as required by the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Public or Private Accounting and/or Fund Administration.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in Fund Accounting.
  • A strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles, including credits and debits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and research capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Private Equity Real Estate.
