Program Management Specialist

Raytheon Careers is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization. This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) on requirements provided by the customer that achieve necessary cost and schedule integration.
- Lead creation and maintenance of IMS on requirements provided by the customer that achieve necessary cost and schedule integration.
- Lead and support the team to ensure program plan and IMS is developed consistent with IPDS and program life cycle.
- Review IMS planned work for accuracy, identifying missing work or work that is planned improperly.
- Conduct and explain Schedule Risk Analysis results to program teams.
- Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path analysis, and schedule variance analysis and network logic validation.
- Mentor and train junior planners.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules.
- Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
- Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.
