The Blick Center is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Adult Day Services Program. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals with disabilities to develop essential skills and achieve greater independence.
As a DSP, you will collaborate closely with therapists and team members to create and implement engaging group activities tailored to the unique needs and preferences of our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Facilitating meaningful group activities that promote personal growth, vocational development, and community integration.
- Providing compassionate support and assistance with daily tasks as needed.
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all participants.
- Collaborating effectively with therapists and other professionals to develop individualized care plans.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including:
- A starting salary of $17.00 per hour.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
