We are a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services, dedicated to empowering individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.
Salary: $47-$52 hourly
Our team is seeking a part-time BCBA to join our school-based therapy team. As a Clinical Behavior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing case management and treatment plan development
- Direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and training staff
- Communication with staff, parents, and other stakeholders
- Data evaluation and program modification
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) BCBA certification in good standing
- Licensed Behavior Analyst- Connecticut
- Experience working with children with disabilities
