Job Description

**Job Title:** Exercise Therapist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Therapist to join our team at StretchLab - Kirkland. As an Exercise Therapist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one assisted stretches tailored to each client's needs
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
  • Build and retain client relationships through sales and excellent customer service
  • Manage client care, including delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, booking appointments, and updating client notes
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations
  • Handle member concerns and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention
  • Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use

Requirements:

  • Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, or yoga instruction
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on training
  • Fitness certification required (or related movement field)
  • Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
  • Fantastic communication skills and empathy
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Availability to attend our 2-day In-Person Flexologist Training Program
