Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Building Repairs: Conduct repairs and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, and other systems as needed.
  • System Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, burglar, and fire protection systems, as well as commercial property components.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Maintain company property grounds, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular property and facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and coach team members in maintenance duties and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Verifiable experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Advanced licenses in electrical, HVAC, or lift truck trades a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
