About the Role:

Buffalo Biodiesel, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all company assets, tracking inventory, and maintaining databases to ensure accurate tracking of company equipment across various site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase equipment from approved vendors and negotiate competitive bids and quotations for special purchases.
  • Conduct regular physical site inspections to ensure accurate inventory counts and verify counts remotely when possible.
  • Manage inventory throughout the organization and maintain an up-to-date and organized database.

Requirements:

  • Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Report required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
