AdeIphi Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team in Ione, California. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide critical support services to patients in need.
Job OverviewThis is a long-term contract position requiring the successful candidate to work for 24 weeks, with a schedule consisting of Sunday through Thursday from 7am to 5pm. The estimated salary for this position is $102,000 per year based on a 40-hour workweek at a rate of $2,520/40-hours.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive therapeutic services to patients, including assessments, counseling, and coordination with other healthcare professionals. Your expertise as a Marriage and Family Therapist will be essential in addressing the complex needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide group and individual counseling sessions to address various mental health issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Assist patients in developing life skills and coping mechanisms.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Valid and active California Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.
- At least 12 consecutive months of experience performing similar services within the last three years.
- Mandatory certificates relevant to the assigned specialized area.
