Overview

The role of the Production Materials Coordinator is essential in ensuring the efficient organization, preparation, and upkeep of production materials throughout daily operations. This position contributes to maintaining a clean and orderly facility by conducting regular inspections. The ideal candidate will possess experience working independently and thrive in a collaborative and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records related to compounding and pharmacy operations as instructed.
  • Organize and prepare all containers associated with tablet compounding and packaging processes.
  • Generate labels for shipping and pouching materials as required.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitization of compounding containers as necessary.
  • Assist in the breakdown of boxes and other materials within the pharmacy area.
  • Support fulfillment activities by restocking supplies, labeling packages, and more.
  • Help with unpacking, organizing, and managing documentation during large deliveries to the facility.
  • Conduct rounds throughout the day to ensure facility cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Perform document scanning tasks as needed.
  • Engage in product packaging, transportation, distribution, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide administrative assistance as required.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in operating computer systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative team player.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of fundamental principles, theories, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to compounding.
  • Capability to uphold quality, safety, and infection control standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective time management, and confidentiality.
  • Exhibit a high level of integrity and reliability with a strong focus on urgency and results.
  • Experience in handling confidential or proprietary information is essential.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.

  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are expected.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
  • Capability to repetitively use hands, wrists, and arms to fulfill job responsibilities.
