Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing order entry, providing product information, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and implement critical solutions for customers
- Coordinate and manage order entry, including processing purchase orders, change orders, and lab requests
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Communicate with customers and account managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- College degree preferred
- Two plus years of customer service experience required
- Experience working with technical manufacturing, engineering, or design teams is a plus
- Strong detail orientation, including ability to think critically and analyze problems
- Ability to prepare professional and accurate correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members
