Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing order entry, providing product information, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement critical solutions for customers
  • Coordinate and manage order entry, including processing purchase orders, change orders, and lab requests
  • Provide product information and technical support to customers
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Communicate with customers and account managers to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • College degree preferred
  • Two plus years of customer service experience required
  • Experience working with technical manufacturing, engineering, or design teams is a plus
  • Strong detail orientation, including ability to think critically and analyze problems
  • Ability to prepare professional and accurate correspondence
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members
