Chapter Services Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chapter Services Manager to provide comprehensive support to multiple Chapters across the United States. This dynamic role includes relationship management, administration, marketing, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with volunteer Chapter leaders and CCI leadership to manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee revenue streams.
  • Ensure timely invoicing for Chapter fundraising initiatives, renewals, and new funders.
  • Support Advisory Board activities, including managing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring operational and succession plans are in place.
  • Collaborate with other CCI departments to achieve organizational goals and promote events.
  • Deliver a monthly newsletter for each Chapter using branded templates.
  • Maintain and update Chapter mailing lists in Active Campaign and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy.
  • Generate relevant social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram) to promote newsletters and Chapter events.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team to update Chapter content on the public website.
  • Work with Chapter leadership to establish an annual calendar of events.
  • Provide support for budgeting, vendor management, team coordination, and event registration.
  • Follow up on events with email summaries and necessary post-event correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with communication tools like Eventbrite, Active Campaign, and Asana is a plus.
