  • Medication Management: Ensure accurate and timely medication administration, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring.
  • Education and Consultation: Provide education and consultation to patients and caregivers on care plans, nursing treatments, and medications.
  • Team Leadership: Assist the Charge Nurse in leading the team, including training, oversight, and workflow management.
Requirements
  • License and Certification: Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of MA.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with the geriatric population.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and able to travel locally on a frequent basis.
