### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Senior Project Manager to join our team at ECS Ltd. As a key member of our environmental consulting team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage environmental projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements
* Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Conduct site visits and surveys to identify environmental hazards and develop mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
* Manage and develop junior staff, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes
### Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a discipline related to Environmental Science
* 7+ years of experience in industrial hygiene and environmental consulting
* Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
