Job Title: Category Management Consulting Manager

We're seeking a talented Category Management Consulting Manager to consult with our clients on their Category Management practices, assortment and layout optimization. As a key member of our Capabilities team, you'll work with world-class and passionate people to combine experience in the Category Review process with expertise in our tools to deliver category growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed customer insight in existing category management processes for retailers and manufacturers.
  • Deliver business value through customer insights, customer knowledge, and customer-focused business change.
  • Support Category Management processes for retailers, ensuring review calendar alignment and compliance.
  • Develop and implement Category Management services within Retailers and CPGs processes.
  • Consolidate and update CatMan best practices and set guidelines through playbooks and documentation.
  • Manage stakeholders both internally and externally.
