Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist I to join our team at the County of San Mateo, CA. As a Radiologic Technologist I, you will be responsible for performing routine radiographic procedures in Fluoroscopy, working with patients of varying ages, and maintaining high-quality images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic examinations of varying difficulty by positioning patients and programming proper exposure factors and table movements.
  • Select proper techniques and film to reduce secondary radiation and fogging.
  • Provide radiation protection in accordance with prescribed standards.
  • Perform portable radiographic work in Surgery, Intensive Care, Emergency Department, and the morgue.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the State of California (CRT).
  • Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
