Job Title: Senior Director of Mobile Growth
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Mobile Growth to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our mobile games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage financial statements to understand the impact of Growth's contributions and prioritize future focus areas
- Identify cost-savings opportunities related to Growth Marketing's pipelines and activities
- Manage a team of Operations professionals and promote a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and learning
- Partner with diverse and independent organizations to support shared desired outcomes
- Evaluate the credibility of operational plans and budgets while flagging risks
Requirements:
- 8+ years of mobile game development experience, from incubation through live service operation
- Experience shaping the organizational structure of a large-scale enterprise
- Successful management and coordination of multiple internal and external teams and partners
- 5+ years of experience using financial statements to evaluate organizational performance, contracts, and agreements
