Responsibilities:

* Case Management: Assist in the intake of new cases, gather necessary information, open case files, and maintain up-to-date records in the firm's case management system.

* Document Preparation and Filing: Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents such as settlement demands in a timely and accurate manner.

* Medical Records and Billing Management: Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation related to personal injury cases, ensuring accuracy for settlement negotiations or trials.

* Case Research: Conduct research related to case law, statutes, and legal precedents to support attorneys in the preparation of legal strategies and briefs.

* Client File Organization: Maintain comprehensive and organized physical and electronic client files, ensuring confidentiality and easy accessibility for all case-related documents.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in personal injury case management, preferably in auto-accident cases.

* Willingness to learn and take direction.

* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
