Position Overview:

As a vital member of the University of Washington's School of Medicine, the Clinical Operations Analyst will contribute significantly to the management of clinical departmental funding processes. This role is hybrid eligible, allowing for a blend of in-person and remote work, subject to leadership approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Reporting: Oversee the operational components of the clinical departmental funding database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work in conjunction with clinical departments and finance teams during the budgeting cycle, ensuring comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
  • Data Management: Conduct thorough reviews of departmental funding requests, providing insightful analyses and generating ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Financial Planning: Design and maintain financial tracking systems, offering targeted analyses to support decision-making processes.
  • Project Management: Lead project initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and execution of key projects.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:
