**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in preparing simple recipes for hot and cold food items
* Batch cook food to ensure optimal quality
* Follow production sheets and inform Chef of any modifications or shortages
* Instruct attendants on menu offerings and changes
* Maintain food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance standards

**Schedule and Compensation:**

* Full-time position with 80 hours bi-weekly
* Hours: 10:30am-7:00pm, split weekends
* Pay: $17.00/hour
