Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Lake Erie Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food products to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of food products, including hot choice buffet items, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all food products are presented in a clean and organized manner, and that the buffet area is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor and control food temperatures to ensure that all products are served at the correct temperature.
  • Restock and rotate food products to ensure that the buffet area is always fully stocked and that products are used in a first-in, first-out manner.
  • Assist with opening and closing administrative procedures, including taking inventory and conducting quality control checks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food preparation or culinary role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
