Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Custom Silicon Engineering team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of custom silicon designs for our hardware products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement custom silicon designs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of silicon designs
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
Requirements
  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience in analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal design flow
  • Experience with SoC design flow and engineering experience with analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal design flow
  • Ability to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time)
  • Strong leadership, managerial courage, and communication skills
  • Experience with vendor relationships, influencing external decision making, and prioritization
  • Passion for driving continuous improvements in flows, communication, and organization
  • Understanding of hardware and software integration challenges
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional engineering environment
