At ProCare Therapy, we are seeking a skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team in West Greenwich, RI.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans that address challenging behaviors.

Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles will enable you to implement evidence-based interventions and provide training and support to caregivers and other stakeholders.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and stay updated on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

About You
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist is required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is a must.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of ABA principles and ACTIVE state licensure in RI are essential.
