Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team as an ABA Therapist in Austin, Rhode Island. This is a contract position with competitive compensation based on experience.

About the Job

This role involves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and designing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans to address specific client needs. You will also supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and provide training on intervention strategies, collaborate with families and educators, and collect and analyze data to monitor the success of interventions.

Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field necessary
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children with behavioral challenges, particularly autism
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills essential
  • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience.
