About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a contractual basis in Exeter, RI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs): Develop comprehensive evaluations to identify and address specific client needs.
  • Design Individualized Plans: Create tailored behavior intervention plans to support children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs): Provide guidance and training on intervention strategies to ensure effective implementations.
  • Collaborate with Families and Educators: Work closely with families, educators, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and effective interventions.
  • Analyze Data and Monitor Progress: Collect and analyze data to assess the success of interventions and modify plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current BCBA Certification: Hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field: Possess a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience Working with Children with Behavioral Challenges: Have 1-2 years of experience working with children with behavioral challenges, particularly autism.
  • Strong Leadership, Organizational, and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Reliable Transportation and Valid Drivers License: Possess reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on experience: $80,000 - $110,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
