**Job Summary:**
The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the hotel's breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in hotel-brand standards, guest expectations, and the unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality service to guests in a timely and courteous manner
* Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area
* Ensure quality control of menus and food presentation
* Clear, clean, and reset tables/hotel spaces as needed
* Accommodate special requests and offer alternatives
* Communicate with other departments regarding VIPs and special requests
* Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work duties
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
* Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass a responsible serving course
* Must be able to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card
* Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
