Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, refrigerators, boilers, washers, and dryers.
  • Perform painting, carpentry, concrete, and masonry projects.
  • Conduct routine inspections of fire control equipment and sprinkler systems.
  • Document facility log entries for domestic hot water temperature, generator checklists, monthly fire alarm system testing, and sprinkler pressure.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year experience in building maintenance.

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
