Electrical Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Planner to join our team at System One. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and supervising skilled maintenance E&I craftspeople in performing maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment in the assigned area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, lead, and direct crew/team members with safe work practices.
- Provide for the effective and timely completion of maintenance work by planning, scheduling, and supervising the manpower, materials, and equipment of maintenance.
- Apply practical knowledge of the work, tools, materials, and equipment used by the crafts under the maintenance function in estimating, planning, and scheduling the work.
- Work closely with production and other supervisors and planners throughout the plant in making estimates, determining priorities, and scheduling the crafts.
- Handle deadlines, variable workloads, and being on call 24 hours, when needed.
- BS in electrical engineering or Two (2) year technical degree or equivalent desired.
- Three (3) to five (5) years electrical planning experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with project management and planning, predictive and preventative maintenance programs desired.
- Ability to handle deadlines, variable workloads, and being on call, as required.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office application.
- SAP experience (particularly SAP Maintenance), a plus.
- Microsoft Project experience, a plus.
