Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Manufacturing division. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal productivity and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Diagnose and repair or replace faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards.
  • Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system malfunctions and machine breakdowns.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and techniques for safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and suggest changes that will improve efficiency, safety, or quality.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment.
  • Excellent technical understanding of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Strong electrical skills, including knowledge of electrical circuits, PLCs, and industrial wiring.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and understanding of basic safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
